I went to make a purchase today and they refused to take cash? Cash is a legal tender and currency. No business can prevent this type of transaction. The staff did not care at all. Boycott these stores and any other businesses not accepting cash. Absolutely disgraceful

Wouldn’t accept my cash. I really feel for the staff having to abide by this idiotic policy. The upper management of this company are a disgrace.

Extremely poor customer service, no refunds on items after 24hours, yet no visible sign to advise this (illegal). The older female staff member made it extremely difficult for me and wouldn’t call the manager. I was asked to call the customer service hotline from outside of the store. An absolute dis-service. Was told the manager would call me back and never did. Will not be shopping there ever again.

The best shop in the area, and they only take card which suits me, because I won’t get Covid and let’s face it who carries cash these days! Except for old cumudgens!
