The Park Mackay
This caravan park is awesome. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. I stayed for two weeks on my weeks off between work in the mines. The amenities are clean and well cared for. The grounds are also very well maintained. Rates are really good in comparison to other places I've stayed. It's close to the shops and most amenities in Mackay. Highly recommend it!

Great place, great facilities. We stayed on a powered site, sleeping in our car. Toilets, showers, cooking facilities, fridge and freezer, laundry and washing lines. Some shaded areas available but only some areas. Also provide great tourist advice and gas bottle refills.

We needed to stay overnight coming from Cairns, the lady receptionist was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Very clean facilities, lovely pool and above all reasonable priced. Highly recommended

We stayed at this park to 2 nites. Bit out of town, but was handy for us, to were we needed to be.The industrial area is just down the road.Nice quite park, amenities were very clean and grounds were very well manicured.The admin lady was very nice and friendly.When back in Mackay we would definitely return.

Love everything about this park. Great location, nicely shaded drive-thru sites. Clean amenities. Dedicated BBQ area separate from the Camp Kitchen. Everything on offer including gas refills. Very nice park.

Staff is accommodating.We rented their Villa and a bit congested for a family of 4. There's a double deck bed which my kids don't like sleeping, the mattress is dusty same goes under it. If you lift the mattress, a lot of vandals written on the bed frame. And ended up my eldest to sleep on the couch and my youngest with me.We stayed for a week here and no cleaners came to clean and been using the same towels until we left. Supposedly we'll be staying for 3 weeks here but used only 1 week as the first week is already deducted. My OCD can't withstand it

Nice busy park with heaps of overnight transients.Amenities clean but not a lot of showers and toilets for such a big park.Sites a good size.Staff friendly.

Lovely neat and tidy Park. Very clean amenities. Great pool. Very reasonably priced and friendly staff. Will certainly return.

Would like to say we had a wonderful stay at The Park MacKay.Older style cabin that we stayed in which was still cosy.Friendly staff. Will also look into staying in the future as it is a pet friendly park.Thank you really enjoyed our stay.
