I came to independent living specialist not knowing what I was looking for or what exactly I needed. I was worried about getting the wrong equipment. Toni provided me with extensive information on the different equipments to help me understand what I was looking for. She was extremely kind, compassionate and patient with me. I was happy with my purchase and couldn't have been better as it suites my needs great. Thanks independent living specialists would recommend to anyone!

I was looking to purchase and or hire some equipment using a my aged care goods and equipment code. I come into the store just browsing what was available. I can be a difficult customer and deciding what I want and what suits me is not one of my best qualities. I met Toni and she was amazing.
