Lumus Imaging Ingleburn

I went to get my 28 weeks ultrasound report this afternoon. The lady at the reception was very rude to me. At first I thought I may be overthinking and she asked me to wait saying she needs to finish what she was doing so go back And she’ll call me. Later she called me pointing fingers at me like she is commanding me. I was surprised how she called me like I am not a person. I think I was racially profiled. Even till the very last she was so rude I can’t even express it here. Not even a single eye contact or a single smile. She was very aggressive at all times. My entire mood was off since my visit there.

The operator couldn't even find a vein and repeatedly kept trying after I said take it out he only stopped when I yelled so all outside waiting could hear me . I have a temper I'm bi polar but control it well with meds this guy was pressing all buttons for me to retaliate, no means no not stabb away mate .

Receptionist Dianne, is extremely rude. Called up, a simple question asking the first available appointment to receive a loud frustrated noise like I was a bother. I am shocked she does this, thinks it is ok and gets away with it.Her tone, her attitude and service is really rude.I have met her face to face, and she is extremely different over the phone. This is the 3rd time I have encountered her rude attitude. Asfor the other staff I have dealt with, they are all lovely.

Staff were nice and helpful. But the bad thing was the elevator. When we went in and pressed 1, out of nowhere it said out of order and we started panicking. Thankfully we were able to get out of the elevator.

No one at reception except a sign stating that they will be back by 12:30pm but I am still waiting at 12:40

Health care services are under attack of late but this company Lumus treats you like a person with respect and kindness I would recommend them to anyone needing there expertise.

The lady with the brown hair Diane, was rude and was very unprofessional. She never answers phone calls and leaves people on hold for more then 10 mins at a time.Diane told me I couldn’t make a booking, that they were full till end of week and I had to wait to book. When I said I would go somewhere else she rolled her eyes.Was a unpleasant experience until the lovely lady Amanda was able to make me an appointment and I went in straight away!Amanda was super helpful answering all my questions with a smile and was able to hand over my images super fast as to what my injury is.Definitely will come back just for Amanda, I will refuse to be served by Diane.

Rung up and made a thyroid scan appointment because Lumus Imaging Campbelltown cancelled twice. I go there yesterday for the receptionist to say they don't do Nuclear Medicine there and tried to blame my Doctor for making the appointment when it was ME that made the appointment and booked me in with Campbelltown because they are only people in the area that do Nuclear Medicine.Treating sick Disabled people like this like we're numbers and NOT people is deplorable.Yes I have left feedback and still waiting for a response.Absolutely disgusting
