My son and I went there on Mother's Day and he bought me a Rimmel retractable Brow This Way eyebrow pencil. He paid cash, $17.99. Every time I tried to use it a piece broke off. I phoned customer service to make a complaint. I spent ages on the phone. She asked me to send an email with photo which I did. I told her we hadn't kept the receipt and she said that's ok. I phoned again today on the 8th of June to ask what happened. She took ages to find my email so I waited patiently. Then after asking me more of the same questions again and wasting more time she told me that they couldn't help me because there was no receipt. I was so frustrated by this service and waste of my time. I even spoke to the manager and she said we can't help you. This is very shoddy.

Went in for sun block and noticed they had RAT tests so grabbed 2. Silly me didn't check prices but realized they charged me $60 for 2 tests. This is definitely a bit of price gouging. Most chemists have them and they are normally $20 for 2, not triple that. Just be aware that they are after the dollar. I guess most tourist places will do this but just beware.

PAID $12 FOR MY LAST SCRIPT AND WENT TO GET A REPEAT WANTED TO CHARGE ME $30 AND WOULD NOT HONOUR THE LAST PRICE WENT TO THE NEW CHEMIST OPPOSITE MADISON CHARGE ME $13 PRICELINE YOU HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER

I had a AMAZING experience at Priceline Oasis . I went in after having bad redness on my face causing me embarrassment , A staff member by the name of Krystal offered the best customer service experience I have ever received, Krystal was non judgmental and even gave me samples to try for a week so I don’t go wasting all of my money and products to buy that would help now. Krystal’s knowledge gave me the confidence in the products I was trying, I recommend seeing her for your makeup or skincare needs. Thanks Priceline
