Disappointed in our recent stay in Apartment 102 @ Pacific Reef by Kacys.Poor hot water pressure in the main bathroom and stench emitted from the drain in the shower.Room was extremely dusty and needed a decent vacuum and clean.Previous occupant had left a knife, fork and chocolate wrappers under the bed in the main bedroom.2nd bedroom is small with no bedside tables.The good points: Across the road from the beach, great location and views.

Apartment is quiet and spacious, no street noise and has views of the ocean.Staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. Lots of food options nearby.

Rooms, kitchenette and lounge were very nice. Beds were comfy. Only parking space was for one vehicle as we had two cars.Nice view of ocean from living area and the big balcony.

Unit was pleasant enough with the view and layout but had very outdated decor. Bed was super comfy and we had a great sleep. Unfortunately though there was Not enough shampoo and conditioner and the spa bath didn’t work. Also the second bathroom and bedroom was locked off which is just cheap and old fashioned in a competitive market, especially for the price you’re paying.Basically every consumable was the lowest quality possible right down to the toilet paper. Probably Would not stay here again unless absolutely no other option.

Had an excellent 2 bedroom lst floor apartment. Pool was enjoyed by adults and children. Convenient to beach front and restaurants.

Very noisy rooms. The people above were so noisy all night and first thing in the morning. For the price I would expect 2 tvs in the apartment. Waited for lift for dinner last night and breakfast this morning, ended up taking fire stairs both times down 4 flights of stairs. Only booked 1 night and didnt get to check in until close to 3pm. They own 4 properties so the room we thought we had booked was not where we stayed. Rooms were clean and tidy with a good location.
