We came to Kelby’s for a Mother’s Day brunch. We booked ahead- thankfully- as it was very busy! The food did take a while to arrive- but it was definitely worth it! Very tasty and fresh.A very memorable and lovely bonus was a server went around to all the tables and gave out a rose to all the mums! What a great place!

Friendly people, snappy service and delicious food. Plus excellent coffee - this is next level modern Marrickville. I enjoyed my Lebanese breakfast with authentic touches. The fern house feel with all the plants is a nice touch…

It is a lovely small cafe with friendly warm stuff, and I had very high expectations after checking the menu as they provided a good range of selections. We have ordered hash and shashouka with an extra hash brown.Hash brown was crispy and delicious. The coffee was quite milky and not strong , not sure if it was because that we ordered with soy milk.Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy both dishes, which took about 25 minutes ( acceptable considering the cafe was full)Especially the shashouka, both eggs were overly cooked and it was very very dry, same with the meat ball, the whole dish was extremely dry and I couldn’t swallow without water, hence I have to waste half of the dish. The favor wasn’t too bad however. We spent about $68 for two dishes plus two coffee which is neither expensive nor cheap.I would say the cafe is very popular around that area, however based on our experience with food we have ordered today, We probably won’t come back,

The food was just average. My partner liked his Lebanese Brekky, but I didn't enjoy my bowl (lacked the flavour and the chicken was dry). Based on other reviews, I expected the food to be better. Also, had to remind them of our drinks.

Excellent local Cafe great for brunch. Good coffee and many dishes with a nice Turkish influence. Service is always friendly and professional. Gets quite busy as a good local meeting spot. Indoor and outdoor spaces as well as a back room area.

Hands down has to be one of the best cafe burgers I’ve ever had. The addition of the gooey runny egg was just something else on top of all the flavour packed in there. A nice cosy cafe too with a great interior and open feel to it.

What an amazing foodThis is another cute little gem of the Marrickville community.Bright and cozy little joint with an out of the world chicken sandwich. Have not send such chunkier chicken portions in a sandwich elsewhere.Take away Coffees come with a clever and intriguing quotation.Looking forward to visit again and taste the menu

This is a very busy little cafe with good reason, well located and full of people, you can expect excellent coffee, the cold brew is great on a hot day, my guests had soy iced latte and others had regular flat white all to our liking. The service was slow with only one wait person on at lunch, but the food came out within 5 minutes of each other, we were not offered a second round of coffees despite empty cups when the food arrived, a missed opportunity,. The eggs Benedict served on a croissant a great twist on an old favourite which was enjoyed with three variations, the eggs poached expertly, the smashed avocado with poached eggs and feta looked delicious and the classic BLT on Turkish bread was exactly that. There was a definite middle eastern influence that added some lovely flavour. However, the bacon in the BLT ($17) was cold on arrival and the hand cut chips were soggy, but as a breakfast/brunch place a pretty good experience. Prices a little more expensive than I thought but then again everything has gone up recently. I would recommend this place, it's very relaxed. Parking is a little difficult so maybe walk if you can. Dog friendly out on the street. A treat in the heart of Marrickville.

I absolutely love Kelbys! The portions are so generous, the flavours are in abundance and the service is always warm and friendly! The food will knock your socks off (the Lebanese spices are spot on) and the coffee they now roast is honestly one of the best I have tried. They don’t do anything in halves! Love shooting for them, I have been shooting for them for over 3 years now and I’m still always in awe of their menu creations! MUST TRY!!!

Ordered the poached egg croissant, French toast, ice latte and cold brew. Food is average, but staff is very friendly and the cafe has a good vibe!
