Very responsive and friendly staff. The appointment was booked and communicated really well and the job was done to a good standard.

Called for a broken pipe on Friday to come for Monday morning. Waited all day. Rang them to see what was happening, they hung up when they realised it was me? Strange. Called them back and he said about an hour, the guy sounded odd -- hummed and hawed. I soon realised they were never coming. I told them we were having a rough family time but you know, I never expected anything more from this company than some professionalism and efficiency--at least to turn up to a job when you say you will--some care to actually you know, come do their job. Don't they want clients? Don't they want work? Called them back to tell them we have called someone else: strangely, didn't seem to care.

Sean from O'Brien Plumbing was excellent. Very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable with excellent attention to detail. Sorted out our plumbing issues exactly as we wished. Definitely recommend this plumbing service.

Very poor customer service, as I wanted to pay for a Hot Water System installation via Humm. Took more than 3 weeks and multiple phone calls, in which they kept claiming it was hard to set up, and putting me off, telling me they would ring back once it was sorted. This never happened, and after the last time I called for no resolve, I went elsewhere and got the job completed the very next day. Very poor service for a company which is a registered Humm provider.

Pete and his team have done numerous jobs for me and the atttention to making sure the final finish is excellent. Very friendly, helpful, good listeners and professional. Strongly recommend these guys.

Absolutely elated with Grant from O'Brien Plumbing, detection work & repair of water pipe. He had to first locate leak & after a number of digging suspected areas, came up trumps. Leak was @ least 1 meter underground, so a lot of digging. Once repaired, soil & tiles were replaced. Very impressed with his helpful & honest attitude. Most of all Grant respected what I had to say & the many questions I asked..i.e. didn't speak down to me. Thank you again O'Brien Plumbing, especially Grant. Good value for a job well done.
