Bought a fedora from there yesterday for a decent price. The lady there was incredibly friendly and helpful.

This morning I took a shirt back to our local Cessnock branch which I brought on Sunday..This morning I was walking near Woolworths and a lady brushed me with a cigarette which was a total accident on her part, next moment my shirt caught fire, I quickly put it out with only a slight burn to my arm.I went home and changed and took the shirt and receipt back to Lowe’s and told the lady what just happened and showed her the shirt and told her that this should not be sold as it was totally flammable.and very dangerous. I was lucky I only got a slight burn, because I was quick thinking and got it out quick.The salesperson could not care less that it caught on fire. All she could say is a cigarette brushed up against it which caused it. I said yeah that is correct, but it should not of caught fire. She then told me I could not have a refund at this point I was getting a little upset, as she was not concerned about safety or anything, only worried about not giving me a refund. I did not take the shirt back for a refund, I took the shirt back because I thought it was dangerous. At the end I told her to keep the shirt and keep your refund as I was not interested.Just be careful on what you buy from Lowe’s, I think they are buying cheap clothing from China which is not up to Australian Standards which could be dangerous.

Amazing lady helped us out this afternoon with my son's formal wear! Spot on with his pant size which was unknown to us. Blown away by her expertise and knowledge. Thankyou so much !

I went into Lowe's today and finally they have now got good quality cargo pants. For the last few years could not get them anywhere so I am very happy.
