Had read the poor customer service reviews but decided to give them a go as they are local. The boss guy was unfriendly and just passed you on to a young apprentice who didn't know even the most basic stuff. Even though the boss could see the apprentice struggle to provide any advice he showed no interest in helping out.Contrast that with the Reece further up the road which tries to help and if they don't know something ask someone else in the store.
