Bicycle Tech Bar Tuggerah

Bought my first entry level MTB recently so I'm a bit fresh to the sport. Ducked into the store looking for some expert opinion on gear (helmets, clothing, tools etc).They have heaps of quality gear, and great knowledge to back it up. Tim was a legend - no judgement that I was obviously new and didn't know much - so he helped me understand a bunch of specifics about what I need, and things to look out for. Also helped heaps by explaining some technical issues I have with the bike.Will definitely be calling this place my local, getting all my mechanical done here, and will recommend them to anyone who will listen. Top notch customer service!

Great shop with very helpful staff. Went in today to buy a pump for my daughters bike and have a quick chat about bikes for myself and wife for the future. The staff were amazing, didn't try and sell crazy top end bikes that we don't need and we're happy to chat with no pressure to purchase.Will definitely be back when it's time to purchase bikes for mum and dad.

Best bike shop on the coast. Dropped in this week for a pair of gloves and walked out with a load of very helpful information and new contacts on bikepacking. Customer service is second to none, the guys are always willing to make adjustments to get my bike through when I'm on a time limit and always happy to answer any questions.

Recently decided to enter the world of E Mountain biking and was looking at another local company to provide me with a quality product. Tim and the team did a fantastic job on my bike. A very comprehensive service and glad that they were able to identify and address all the issues. They were friendly and kept me updated along the way.

Living in the area we decided to purchase from a local supplier. We visited a couple of shops and then decided to look up the reviews. Did not know that the Tech Bar even existed so thought we would give them a try. We could not be happier with our purchase of 2 new EBikes (Norco and Merida). Wayne and the team at Tech Bar were helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. We also feel very comfortable that we will be able to go back if we have repairs or need assistance in the future. These guys are professionals and had customers coming in from a pair of oldies like myself and hubby to professional mountain bike riders. We would strongly recommend giving them a visit for your mountain /ebike requirements, being a purchase or a repair.

Exactly how a friendly local bike shop should be (which you don't get as much these days) - the guys are super helpful, knowledgeable and I was able to get repairs & spare parts without being charged the earth.Visited again and these guys thoroughly investigated (at length) an issue with my eBike, and fixed it, with only a small service charge. Highly Recommended

The boys at Tech Bar were super helpful, accommodating, friendly and did a great deal. Had a large range of tools and accessories, and gave honest consultative advice. Happy to recommend.

Struggling to find bearings for my GT .I goggled this guys . Contacted Wayne and he persisted in searching for my bearing type . Within a day I had the replacement type of bearing needed at a very reasonable price . Highly recommend these guys for great service and pleasant experience.Keep up the great work !!!
