Overall experience with Mick at Autorequest was great, he gave us a good deal for a trade-in/purchase and was always available for a call during the finance process. Losing a star though as the car was not detailed inside as promised, not even vacuumed. A bit disappointing as we will now have to go and organise/pay for that ourselves. Best to never over promise and under deliver, it always ends up disappointing for the customer.

I had wanted to sell my car and look for a new one and had searched online and found Auto Request as the most suitable dealership for my needs. Not once was I pressured, and they were very generous in allowing me to have an extended test drive with a vehicle that I was interested in.I dealt with Brian and Mick; both gentlemen were very skilled and specialised in all vehicles on their lot. Dealing with them gave me the confidence to trust them, they were friendly and approachable. Their manner was fair and made me feel assured in trusting them whilst I invested a significant amount of money in a second-hand vehicle.I would recommend Auto Request for all your selling and purchasing needs.

Mick and the team at Auto Request have just helped me purchase a fabulous Toyota C-HR and I absolutely LOVE IT! From test-drive to take home, the team really looked after me. They answered all of my questions and offered a fair deal on my trade-in. Mick wouldn't let me drive out of the car yard without the new car sparkling. Fantastic Service honest, patient and informative. We were served by Robert and he was really helpful in answering all my questions. We had the car checked out by state roads inspection and we’re really happy the car turned out to be exactly what Robert had told us.
