I was a long term advocate for DMS across multiple organisations. However, there are changing patterns of their behaviour.They are poorly priced, don't deliver on time, lack local expertise now, reverting to the US. and have a tendency to side-line individuals in organisations who hold them accountable. Lloyd was an excellent operator, but I don't express the same sentiment towards Dale, Yuri or others.The DSX platform is unresponsive as a SaaS
