Ruined my Qantas uniforms. I received my uniforms with blue stains all over the dresses, and the staff are extremely rude and incompetent.Do NOT use these dry cleaners!!!As I was getting a refund, another woman was also there complaining about her order.They need to be shut down!!!!!

100% surcharge if you want it same day, 50% surcharge if you want it next day otherwise I brought it to the factory on Wednesday and told it would be ready Monday, 4 days for dryclean of one shirt and one pants $35.80, got stooged but needed them done, same day would have been $50. Disgusting!!

Always a good experience at Prestige. Anna went above and beyond to get some stains out of my partners dress. When one method didn't work she tried another which did work! Cannot recommend Anna and the team enough.
