James Snr & Jnr cared about me and my car, where VW in Ferntree Gully did not, and yet I bought my car from them new, and had been a loyal customer of theirs for 11 years - not any more! Thank you James for spending 10 mins of your time firstly to allay my initial worries about driving my car the way it was, (VW wouldn't even do that!), then booking my car in for a thorough diagnosis and repair. I shall be bringing my car to you for all services & repairs in future, and you have won my husband over as well!

I came to James and his team at JL Prestige last year right before christmas regarding an issue with my car. Initially the issue couldn't be directly resolved so I had to bring it in the following month. The team here were very professional and did not charge me for the time that they spent diagnosing the problem. I got my bearings fixed by James and his team within a day and could not be more happy with the outcome. Definitely a trustworthy mechanic to come by.

James and the boys at JL Prestige are awesome,not only did they fix my car,but James took the time to show me how to check my oil,walked me through the process of what work they they did on my car.Nothing was to hard,James is very honest and only did what I asked,no surprises on the quote,and even called to check if what they were going to do was ok..Best experience ever at any mechanic I have ever usedI would recommend JL Prestige to anyone that is fusy about cars,like myself...5 star service all the way,and good honest people...thanks again JL Prestige

Called in for a air bag fault code diagnosis on my VW Touareg. James and James and couldn’t be more accomodating to help me out and sorted it out within seconds.As a former mechanic, shops likes these a few and far between. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with the audi mechanic at this shop. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my car, and their prices were very reasonable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of an audi mechanic.

The water pump was leaking on my daughters golf 6. These guys did a full test and inspection. Found a few other areas and promptly resolved.Great service and advice.They know their German automobiles.

Brilliant! I called for in for a quote on a leaking water pump not knowing how serious the issue had progressed. Luck would be in my side as they caught it just in time before becoming a very expensive repair.James took the time to explain the issue to me clearly and strongly suggested I don't drive the car any further until repaired. I wasn't prepared for leaving the car there but they helped me out with a loan car and rearranged their schedule to stay back to complete the job for me to pick up the next afternoon.Quick, clean, hassle free and highly professional service. I will definitely be back and recommend to others.Thanks again guys.
