I'm from Melbourne and I traded some of my guitars with them to buy a fender custom shop. All I can say is the guy I was dealing with Steve took the time to talk to me and help with multiple correspondence via text and email to make sure I was happy. I honestly wish we had a business and staff like black dot here in Melbourne. Well done guys !!

As a guitarist, Black Dot is an irresistible Mecca of amazing instruments - mainly Fender (including a constant supply of amazing Custom Shops), as well as Gretsch and various other brands (plus cool second hand gear). Service is normally accompanied by great hilarity and cups of tea, Tony and Steve being very knowledgeable as well as great guys. And a very cool thing about them is they will take trade-ins.
