This is the most horrible experience I had ever had during manicure and pedicure in my entire life! The woman who claim to be the owner is very horrible and doesn’t listen to her customers! I told her many times it hurts a lot! She almost rip off my entire healthy nail! I scream in pain and told DO NOT DO IT BECAUSE ITS VERY PAINFUL! She keeps saying it’s ok! I don’t even know if she sterilise her instruments! But I am in agony because of it! I have been into manicure many times I even had one in Vietnam and Philippines but I didn’t hurt at all! I have a very high pain tolerance. I hope I will never have an infection. I almost cried while doing the manicure! My fingers were bleeding afterwards and up until now I’m still in pain. I told the lady don’t make my nails too long and she said No! She won’t cut it even though she still hadn’t put any gel on it! The she make any side comments that I complain a lot! And I said to her will it’s very painful!
