Poor customer service. Very rude old guy at the counter. Typical middle eastern racism executed by the elder guy at the counter. Do this somewhere, not here in Springvale. This is an equalitarian society.

Fair enough, it is prepaid after 11pm. That's cool I understand that.But he wouldnt let me prepay using my credit card? Said it wouldn't work and i cant prepay using a credit card. Teach your staff how to do a basic transaction.

If I could give 0 star I would give it to customer services , in middle of the day mohsen asked me to pay before filling the gas. When I ask everyone filling gas before paying why it’s prepaid for me, he said I looks suspicious, tbh he looks Doughy to me. These kinds staff steal money from their owner behind their back and he was asking me to pay only cash. Wth…… I have wisdomTooth pain and he disrespected me. I’m so unhappy I do hope owner take action about this. To my all community I’ll tell about this.

Guy working at the front, medium, skinny Indian fellow, working from 1pm onwards on 19/05 is a useless employee. No help at all. I went to pump my petrol as many do but the pump stopped filling after around 10L. After I told him this, he said “I don’t know” and shrugged his shoulders. I wasn’t expecting him to fox the pump but was asking him wht shall I do. Such a dimwit that moron.

The guy working at the store doesn’t understand the value of customers and do not prioritise them we waited there over for about 15 mins but didn’t gave us servies. Also he was wearing airpods and didn’t gave response at first and kept on saying the delivery is huge might take time waitAlso felt he was bit rude

The man on shift at night time with Hardly any hair leather jacket and a moustache has serious anger issues I tried to talk with him about swapping 5 ×$2 coins for a $10 note and he looked like he was about to lose it he just smiled but it was an evil smile like he was trying really hard not to get angry because his face was all red needs psychological help and also I've noticed he's really rude to the poor young girl sitting with her dog outside its lovEly that you guys let her sit there to get her and her dog some food and money but this guy is unnecessarily mean! There's no need for it!I'm sure he's a great worker and everything but he needs to learn how to treat people and keep his cool about things.

Guy sits there on his phone making you wait 5 minutes before realising you're trying to fill up... Then tried to make you prepay for fuel at 10:30 at night.. joke.
