WOW...SOOO many BAD Reviews for this business! Spent almost $400 at the Christmas Sale online. Didn't realise I only had 30 days to return...I actually only opened the package yesterday! I only wanted to exchange a few tanks for a smaller size. They are in perfect condition still in their individual packaging. Absolutely, no way will LJ exchange after 30 days! I don't think they care about customers at all! There are always extenuating circumstances...you need to be flexible and kind to your customers! I haven't shopped at Lorna Jane for years but decided to take advantage of their sales! NEVER AGAIN! I will go back to Lululemon and Nike where they are always prepared to exchange after 30 days....Never had a problem! I am a gym junky 6 times per week...I will be spreading my story at the gym! BTW, on a non related issue, I had a problem with my GARMIN watch this week...GARMIN offered to replace my watch after 2.5 years (out of warranty) with a new watch! Amazing Company! I rang to get troubleshooting advice and they offered me a replacement without even asking for one! Such a difference in how they value their customers! I am spreading the word of GARMIN to everyone!

Very poor service, online chat is a joke. 2 days and over an hour each time to go round in circles. No process to complain, and no proper resolution given. Sorry to say but I see this company going into Administration in the near future.

Purchased a gym Bag in store which squeaked upon purchase. Was advised it is new it will go away after use. a few months later the problem still occurs. No phone number for head office only a chat team who directed me to store. Chatswood Store manager Belinda, then refused to help and directed me to online chat after apologising she sold me such a bag.. I then go online chat they directed me back to store or postage at own expense for another assessment to be made via headoffice over a $70 poorly made bag. They put you through hurdles and prefer not to handle or deal with any client issues and complaints. Make sure you do not purchase Gym bags through Lorna Jane as poorly and cheaply made. Or any product you purchase make sure it is 100% you want as no turning back after payment made if you have any concerns it will not be addressed. Will be taking this further.

Quality products, affordable prices, helpful staff.Attended the annual sample & seconds sale and was assisted quickly by friendly staff and the checkout line moved fast as well even though it was super busy.So many options (although I wish there were more Maternity options! Hey Lorna, I can model for you until December) and the most comfortable tights and crops i've found.Love the variety of styles and colours. Thanks for helping make workout wear fun!

Lorna Jane, your online service and customer service sucks, and your partnership discounts are bogus!I’ve been hung up on four times trying to contact your customer service team. Your online chat team just stopped responding half way through trying to resolve my issue. You have refused to honour the partnership discount I have because the T&C’s are ambiguous & I still don’t have all my items two weeks on!! One of the most frustrating and unresolved purchasing experiences of my life! So disappointed.

Live chat who handle online enquiries are an absolute nightmare! If you have signed up for emails DO NOT use your Welcome offer of $40 tights. What you try on instore and subsequently what you get sent are very different tights. They have the same name but are different. Very misleading! By the way, if you need help Concierge are MUCH nicer!In order to return them I am up for not one but 2 lots of shipping! I tried explaining to Live Chat how misleading the welcome email was but got absolutely nowhere. How can 2 tights have the same name?? They will not allow me to return them instore and will now be out of pocket TWO lots of shipping costs.Do yourself a favour and buy from your local LJ store so you know what you are getting or better still theiconic.com - free shipping and free returns. No dramas!!

A Post for Head Office or Online OrderingIn the Current pandemic with many states currently in lockdown & many pregnant women unable to go out & buy clothes for their ever growing Bumps, I took to your site knowing that I had less than a week before I outgrew my everyday tights.Due to arrive 26/7 I was relieved to know I would not be walking around without pants. BUT NO, Due to the incompetence of your despatching facility here I am ... pantsless because you did not bother put my unit number on my delivery and my goods are being returned to Sender.When I spoke to your online support, I was told once the items were received through returns ( in 7-10 days) they would Re-Despatchthis will make it almost 1 month since my order was placedMy recommendation for any woman currently looking to purchase anything through Lorna Jane is simple. If you want to see it any time soon, don't bother ordering it from Lorna Jane.

Bought a pair of leggings, and wore them twice to travel.Put them on to go to the gym (what they’re actually designed for) and they have a hole in.Two weeks after purchasing, and they have a hole.In the words of the woman in the Belconnen store “I know. I don’t disagree with you. But frankly $100 leggings aren’t worth my job.”It’s a known issue. They aren’t fit for purpose, and they aren’t of an acceptable quality or durability.

I bought a pair of Amy Phone Pocket Leggings and within months they started disintegrating. I tried to get them exchanged at multiple stores and with the online chat however was met by rude staff (especially the staff at Miranda!) whom gave different information about time frame to exchange. I have been a loyal Lorna Jane customer for 10 years and have never had an issue with the quality of their products. I will never be buying from Lorna Jane again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and pay a little extra for pants with other respectable brands.

Not only is the online ‘service’ atrocious, they couldn’t care less. After being mucked around with multiple deliveries that I had not initially been informed about, and a wrong item being sent, I wanted to just speak to someone to sort it out, but told I’m not allowed, only a frustrating, time wasting online chat. Ended up going into a store to sort it out ie more time wasted. Told my item that I’d ordered & paid for was now sold out. When I selected an alternative item there was a price difference($17) which head office said I had to pay. I did not cause this problem & it was not my fault. They would not offer any good will for their stuff up. Never again.Update: Please read the pro forma response below that couldn’t illustrate more perfectly my point that Lorna Jane absolutely couldn’t care less about providing customer service. This reply is so insulting it is actually trolling. I repeat, never again.
