The team at Concept Electrical and Solar are experts in the design and installation of solar PV and battery systems for residential and commercial customers. They did such a good job installing our 6kW solar system last year that we just had them back to add a 10kWh battery for us. Goodbye to electricity bills! We had a really positive experience with Neil and the crew. There were delays and issues with supply of the panels from SA, but we were kept informed the whole time. The workmanship, professionalism and rate of work was first class. Concept Electrical is a serious installer, not a cheaper fly by night outfit. They take ownership of all follow up issues and support, which is a great comfort for this significant investment.
