I would like to complain , you go pay for your subway (adds up to $20) and they can’t even fill your subway up with decent amount of filling! And the service needs to be more happy! Do better thanks

I dont go there very often BUT everytime go there i order the egg & bacon ft long on maltered rye yet they all come up with an excuse !! we have no bacon,we have no eggs,we have no maltered rye the last 5 times this has happened ,if they do want to sell it take it of the menu

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. The service at Park Ridge Subway is appalling. I watched a service person take 8 minutes to make 1 footlong sub and like always I left the store empty handed because it takes over half an hour to get a simple order filled and you don't even receive a hello. Will be going to Marsden from now on where I can re eive decent customer service and orders are filled in a timely manner !!!

Went in to my fav subway, went to order a wrap only two workers and it took 35min for 1 wrap. There wasn’t even that many people ordering. I don’t usually write review but dam worst service. Wasn’t even given a sorry for the wait or a complementary card. Sorry but pick up the service guys

Everytime we have come through to the store for dinner the past few months there is never anything in stock each time they have had no bacon, avocado or cookies to name a few. The store in general is understaffed with slow service and needs better management to ensure they order enough stock for customers to order what’s on the menu.

Absolutely horrible service. Definitely felt like no one wanted to be there working at all. Dodgey salads. Overall this place is probably the worst subway in Brisbane hands down!

Asked for large meatball wrap, girl only put 6 meatballs on (bc there was none left) and 2 slices of cheese, only added 2 more meatballs and 2 more slices of cheese when we asked about it bc we know that the large consists of 8 and 4, so she was just going to skimp out on the wrap and charge me for a large when it wouldn’t have actually had everything it’s supposed to.Second wrap was wrapped so poorly (which they were aware of bc they literally asked “if we still wanted it”) and came apart as soon as it was unwrapped, complete mess.

I've been to many a subway and this subway has the greatest employee ever, his name is Ehsan and not only was his customer service the best I've ever experienced but he served us whilst he was on his break and his coworkers were in the back laughing, I will come back 100% and if he's on I know my food will be great with great service, thank you Eshan for the great service tonight

Very poor service by the young blond male. 'No Mayo', 'No Thousand Island' and so it went on.I ordered a foot long and was told after I loaded up the bread that I could not have several ingredients. In addition, there is three staff but only one serving. Very poor effort, I would not recommend this store.

Horrible service is a small word to describe them. We picked up veggie sub and the lady did not even bother to warm up the veggie pattie. I called them up and they expected us to drive all the way back to the store for replacement. I told them that i live 10 mins away and wont be able to come in and i asked them to book the UberEats for delivery as its your mistake and they said we cannot do that.I would give them zero star if i can.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
