Oh my goodness! This was absolutely incredible ✨️ it was clear the parents were having a ball living out their Bob the Builder dreams! There was not a face without a smile. The energy was electric with all of the excitement. We will be back- this will be our new holiday treat! Thank you Sam and Kate! You have really done an incredible job making a core memory for our family.

We luckily got in on the wait list, bookings are essential, Really cool idea, honestly didn't know what to expect, kids absolutely loved it (4 and 6). There's sandpits and colouring in activities for in between taking turns on the big machines. Plenty of variety with the tasks, If you're visiting Tamborine Mountain with kids, This place is a must, guaranteed morning (or afternoon) of fun.

Great time here! My 3yo has been hanging to do this since he saw it under construction on our last visit. We made a late camping booking but dig it was fully booked but they managed to fit us in at the last minute. My boys and I had a great time! Definitely a memorable experience! Thanks for the great work and professionalism for the whole team!

We took the 5 grandkids aged 10 down to 3. They loved it. And yes the 2 older girls had a great time. The kids were busy most of the 2 hours. They used 4 different excavators throughout their time. The remotes were fun too. They had a ball in the well designed sandpit tools too. The price was worth it as these machines must cost a fortune to run and maintain. Oh and the grandparents had a turn with the little ones on their laps. Well done Dig It!

Great activity. We visited during school holidays so it was busy. Unfortunately it was a little over booked group sizes were too big and the kids didn't always get 2 turns on each activity, one missed out on one activity all together. There were tears! Some issues with broken equipment also contributed to this.Looks like it'll be good once it settles down smaller numbers and better flow with staff experience.

A bit disappointed in our experience at Dig It. For the cost and a 2hr session we were expecting more than just 12 minutes total time on machines for our 4year old. There’s no guarantee you’ll even get a turn on a machine (we missed out on one of the machine activities) because whoever rushes and lines up first is who gets a turn. The groups are too big for the activities, smaller groups and longer times on the machines is needed. It’s obvious they are just trying to make as much money as possible but I think this will be detrimental as it’s not something we will do again unless processes change. It was too stressful as a parent trying to make sure your child got a turn, and then trying to keep them occupied while waiting around. Also the RC remotes are too hard for smaller kids to get the hang of. There’s also no toilets there!

Great for kids 5-13, (under 5s won’t get much out of it, more for dad)There is a lot of waiting time for turns. It’s over booked and smaller groups would be recommended. Over 2 hrs they had a different turns of 10mins each in 4 sections. Too much standing around.

We spent the weekend at Thunderbird Park and my kids 3-17 all had a great experience with dig it. My 3 & 5 year olds were able to confidently use the machines with support and my big kids had a blast. The RV zone needs some reworking but for an attraction that’s just opened you expect a few teething problems.

The kids loved it! Really well put together, I would only say the groups need to be smaller so everyone gets a turn on everything, we had a few tears at the end because we didn't get a turn on the Croc one.All in all tho, a really great day. Staff are lovely.

This was a unique experience for our 5 grandchildren aged 3 to 10. They all enjoyed themselves enormously and would go again if it was offered. The punched “Induction” cards were a big hit, and they loved wearing high-viz vests. The helmets were popular initially, but after an hour or so the younger ones found them painful.Staff were patient and courteous, and encouraging and gentle with all the children.Entry is not cheap, but given the investment in hardware, staffing and maintenance I think it’s a fair price. The only real downside was the state of the R-C models, which was not satisfactory. When we arrived there were two model diggers with limited capabilities, made worse because one model wouldn’t steer and so just went in circles. Apparently there were bigger, heavier models with hydraulics, but they were all out of action. I suggest that the owners look for alternative suppliers and seek compensation from the suppliers of these sub-standard units.
