Great staff currently in the office, I have sold with Michelle in the past and rent 2 properties with them. They work to the book and there's never any funny business. I would recommend.

Leesa is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has looked after my property in Norlane now for 3 years and during this time kept me well informed about my property whether it has been about routine inspections or maintenance issues. I have had my rental property looked after by Hayeswinckle for over 5 years and Sheridan has been my property manager for the last 2 years, her amazing service and information provided to us has been second to none.Especially with the changing laws, rental minimum standards and compliance, I have found relief to know Sheridan has the knowledge and the expertise to deal with the ever changing rental world.I have seen a few negative comments here but I believe in what I have said and I would recommend this real estate.

HayesWinckle would be the most professional and friendliest Real Estate Agents in Geelong. Have been dealing with them for many many years and have never had a problem with them. Would highly recommend them to everyone for their exceptional service.

I enlisted Hayeswinckle to sell my property thinking I was going to have Michelle Winckle as my agent. I signed the sales contract on 25th October 2022 and withdrew the sale on 27th Feb 2023. Ray Rounds had my property for FOUR MONTHS and it remained unsold. Ray was holding my property for an interested buyer which did not eventuate. His unprofessionalism and the way he conducted himself was very questionable. I trusted what he was telling me and given he has been in the real estate industry for some time I never thought he would be capable of being so unprofessional. He talked the talk but didn’t follow up on many promises. This company cost me thousands of dollars in marketing and advertising fees. When I emailed one of the directors, she commented that her agent worked for many months for no payment. Ummm isn’t this how real estate works??? If Ray had done his job and had have been ethical whilst doing it he would have been paid his commission. Directors should really choose the people they hire to promote their business more wisely.In the end I listed with another agent and my property was sold within 1 week. Actually the first weekend that my house was open for inspection the buyer appeared. We were also informed that others had inquired about my property whilst it was listed with Hayeswinckle but no one got back to them.This 1 star review is actually very generous.

Have lost a substantial amount of rent (4 months) as a result of the mismanagement of my investesment property, pitty I had to pick a star to leave such a negative experience with such an unproffessional agent and their staff member who has now left Meranda and Brooke if I had it my way this company is not even worthy of that star

I have had a fantastic experience with Hayeswinckle. Michelle could not have done enough. Both selling the family home and finding me a rental post divorce. Sympathetic and professional all the way. Her advice was first class as was the team.Highly recommend!
