My parent took our dog to the groomers. Our dog has NEVER had a negative experience with a human but after 6 hours (!?) for a trim the dog was collected (even then still not ready) and was traumatised. Been several days and is still not recovering. We've never seen her like this. God only knows how our dog was treated...and the devil...who was probably the one doing the grooming that day. Be warned.
