Had to drive to store to pick up due to the order taking too long to leave store. When I got there, the pizzas were cool and looked like they’ve been through a war. But Austin served me well and gave me an extra gb.

Do not try to order on Uber eats, absolutely abysmal service. On two separate nights I have tried to order on Uber eats and on both occasions this store has cancelled my order for no apparent reason. If they are open and advertising as being available for delivery then why on earth are they cancelling my order consistently. It’s just bloody crazy when you go to the effort of picking what you want only to be then cancelled and completely wasting your time. Bloody useless

i ordered 3pizzas,one being laoded supreme.i got ham,pineapple.put in complaint about no supreme,was given credit for free one of the same.told order be 20 mins.arrived in 15mins.thought bit suss.looked really great visualy,started to eat,thought it was it cold,topping not cooked.dough was not cooked at all.called for them to pik up pizza as dough not cooked.female manager was rude,she i made it look good for you as re-pre order.i agreed it did look good but pan based crust was uncooked,i wanted a replacement.she hung up on me,went in gave her pizza ,told her eat it herself.dont know bout u guys but u know a god puzza joint by the smell.dirty unclean space.Dominoe pizza of late has been hit n miss.wont eva order from that outlet again.not only base uncooked but topping as well.i would rather wait few min,s longer to get better results.its about quality not time.Colleen Ross. if u want dissapointment order from Allenstown outlet

Gave me the order n then said still waiting on some. Asked if I wanted put back in hot box or leave out. Rest of order took 10 more mins. Staff looked like they would rather be elsewhere.

Great friendly service. But long wait due too only 1 person working and average pizzas. This does not reflect dominos as a whole as i slways get great service and awesome pizzas. Just a bad morning for this store, it got a lil busier than they would of anticipated. I made them aware of my concerns with my order and they promptly replaced it with an apology. I love the customer satisfaction they strive for even if i hadnt had them replaced i would of been happy with the response and apology. It made me feel like i was a valued cutomer whos opinion helps create a better experience.

Ordered a pizza from Dominos south Rockhampton last night at 10pm rang store at 1045pm and was told they were making Order now. Order was never delivered .Rang store this morning and was told they had no record of my order and it was not their problem and to contact menulog . Menulog will now take 48hr to look into this. In the meantime I have paid for a service that was not delivered. Both the store and menulog don't seem to care as they have my money but I don't have a pizza. Won't be using either any more. Wish I had read previous reviews as I would not have order. Obviously they have a bad reputation
