Got a replacement toolbox lid made here for a toolbox they built. After waiting two months for it to be made it was the wrong size. They then took 5 weeks to make a replacement lid for it. No rush at all to get it done quicker to fix their mistake. We asked for it to be fitted onto the toolbox to save time and they now say 8 weeks wait for a 2 hour job. Absolutely no accountability. Give your money to someone else. To make it worse the guy on the phone hung up on me as I was explaining the situation.

Locks leaking on the canopy, possibly from elsewhere too. Going to have to water test it and figure it out. Read the reviews after purchasing but luckily before putting anything valuable inside. Others have had the same issue so would put it down to poor workmanship. Would not recommend buying from these guys.

Worst experience. Worst customer service. Worst toolbox installation. Motop rooftop tent was faulty and had to be returned and exchanged. I strongly recommend going to any other place. Toolbox was broken into because locks didn’t work…. booked with 3 months waiting list. Now im told i have no booking for repairing… this place is atrocious.

Installed terrible product, not even the one I wanted switched a day before saying the one I already paid for is out of stock.Demands payment first before seeing vehicle then once you see how bady they've damaged all the support struts and installed a trundle tray that grinds when you open and close it they say it's a special feature to stop it from sliding.This is all with nothing loaded in it, once loaded it barely can be closed once open without lifting it and forcing it in. They said all I can do is leave and call Penrith branch which I purchased it off to dispute further. Disgusted.

Bought what I thought were good quality toolboxes only to have the locks leak and damage all my tools inside. Attempting to get repairs done. Despite telling me they could make new lids and I could then come and have them fitted when I turned up they said it would take the whole day as they had to make them with the boxes there. Do not deal with these guys. Their after sales service is shocking. They have no idea how to deal with disputes. I spent $1500 and got leaking toolboxes.

Weld quality is shocking. My nan could do better and she’s blind. This was the first of our 13 vehicles to be done, unfortunately we won’t be using them again.

Bought a pair of big expensive tool boxes, got home and took off the cardboard, to my horror they were unfinished, different gutter designs, missing parts, different colours. Shocked I emailed the team and got this responseWe sincere apologize for the unsatisfaction and inconvenience these has brought to you. Two locks didn't work. Had to go back and get them to fix it. This was a traumatic experience as their workshop is on the most chaotic road with huge trucks going past, no where to park, rude staff. Most of the guys working there didn't speak any English. I spent an hour just trying to find a person to talk to. Terrible customer service.Also they installed my fuel nozzle too low so I couldn't even fill up with diesel. Rather than having to go back to them to fix I opted to fix it myself for $80 in materials and 4 hours labour.Do yourself a favour, spend a bit extra and go somewhere else.
