Williams Property Singleton

I have tried several times to arrange an inspection of a for sale property with slow to no response. Inability to communicate via email, text messages etc. Not sure that I should constantly chase this agent...

We rented through Williams Property for almost 12 months before purchasing our own home. Sophie was a fantastic agent the entire time. When I first called to inquire about the property she was so kind and welcoming. While we were renting, Sophie responded promptly to any issues that we reported and they were dealt with quickly. I really enjoyed renting through Williams Property and I highly recommend them and Sophie to everyone! Thanks for everything :)

The worst REAL ESTATE AGENT EVERCAMERON Williams has NO Heart or Soul.Put my house up for sale after 5 weeks asked and sent requested he take the house of the Market Due to NOT been happy with the work he was doingPlus There were health problems.It got that bad I had to see legal advice.CAMERON Never took the house off the market until his 3mth contract was over.It was that bad -I STOPPED ✋️ CAMERON from coming to my house.The health problems was with my 91 year old mother who spend 12 weeks in hospital and we almost lost her .Would never deal with this real estate agent againStay Clear.

Great experience with Sophie the property manager at David Williams.Moving out was a rushed stressful time due to having to move interstate at short notice , Sophie made the whole process stress free and very easy !Thanks so much would definitely rent/lease through these guys again !!

A͏ great selling experienceWhen I needed to sell my house, I wanted to make sure I'd be able to get the best price possible. I approached Cameron to be the listing agent. He and I worked closely together in the early stages to arrive at a price guide that I felt was very accurate for the market. He also offered great advice as to the best and most cost effective ways to prepare and present the house in the lead up to going on the market. This early groundwork paid dividends when after only a brief period of time on the market, we attracted a number of interested parties and Cameron was then able to negotiate a sale price that I was extremely happy with! Would recommend!

Don't bother ringing this agent for a market appraisal they don't return your call, office workers just take all off your details and you never hear back from the salesman.

It was a pleasure to work with Sophie and rent through Williams Property. Always professional and helpful when we were in need of their assistance.
