A very professional and effective practice. I enjoyed a cycle warm up in their gym whilst awaiting my consultation. Treatment was thoroughly explained with emailed videos of given exercises if later checking of technique is needed. Dry needling for arthritic knee was amazing - instant and lasting relief. I will not hesitate to travel from Gold Coast for further first class treatment.

Elyse and the team provide an amazing service. Elyse has a world of knowledge, and has been able to get me out of pain. She also has great connections with specialists if required. Seb (massage therapist) also has a great understanding of the body and gives a thorough massage. I can 100% recommend SportsPlus Physio

I’ve been seeing Elyse Nayler for years and can’t recommend her enough! She’s been so helpful for treating my work related neck/back pain and always takes her time to do a thorough job. I’ve seen other physiotherapists in the past who just couldn’t give me relief, but Elyse always manages to fix the problem.

Literally cannot recommend this place enough. I see Elyse and have seen more improvements in Injury symptoms over three weekly sessions than I have the last six months. Elyse is very personable, knowledgeable, makes you feel at ease and she genuinely cares about your progression both in and out of treatment sessions. Elyse and all of the staff are very friendly, great service. Will no longer go anywhere else! :)

Very experienced, compassionate, hilarious, respectful physios.Great, clean location. Super cool rehab gym with all the equipment and facilities to rehab the bejesus outta you. Don't be a fool and go anywhere else. These guys are the sh!t. Highly recommended.Important: Good coffee nearby too.
