I can see a few other reviews are about Ulladulla Smash repairs (Todd) near this one because this one is the worst experience you will ever have. Definitely not 5 star! Waited 2 months to get my car in only to be told can’t do it at the moment. This was mid November. Kept following up when can I bring it in all the way till Christmas when John Boyle promised to do it by Christmas. New year called again asked receptionist to ask John to call me back. Never did. Still waiting it’s now late Feb. at the least he could have called and said doesn’t want to do the job. If you want a good quick service take your car to Todd next door or anywhere else, avoid this bloke!

My parents took their car in for repairs after an accident. He told them one price, told my mother to keep driving around with no indicator because it was a pain to fix. She had basic repairs done by him to make it pass rego 3 months after getting the initial quote & another 3 months later he only booked the car in as insurance threatened to let her take the car elsewhere. He jacked the price another 2k and now 3 weeks later, with no courtesy car, it's still not ready. Somehow having known about this job for the last 6 months (despite regular calls by mum to ask when to bring the car information repairs) they still didn't bother ordering the parts. Avoid this service completely & save yourself the agony.

CAN'T BELIEVE HOW MUCH I GOT SCREWED OVER BY THESE GUYS HAD MY CAR FOR 2 & aHalf DAYS AND STILL COULDN'T DO THE JOB PROPERLY TOTALLY SCREWED UP MY FLARES THEN DIDN'T EVEN PAINT MY BONNET SCOOP TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION DISAPPOINTED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
