The customer service wasn’t an issue but the quality of the hair is. I personally purchased and wore the tapes which felt synthetic after washing them the first time. They matted easily and couldn’t be smoothed out or tamed. My hair always looked like the humidity made it puffy. I also installed this hair for a couple of clients which were both wefts and tapes which had the same issue. For the price the quality isn’t there at all. Human hair shouldn’t feel like that

Bought a hair extension from Daniella after seeing one my bestie wore...I have never worn hair extensions before and was skeptical, but it matched my natural hair beautifully and the extension itself did not look fake at all, it was full and luxe looking and felt lovely - so many people commented on it when I wore it. I am now ordering extra pieces in other styles - I would highly recommend this business and Daniella! Thanks so much - game changer!

Got my hair done by Daniella and I'll never go anywhere else. I was so happy with my hair extensions they look absolutely amazing. Amazing prices that anyone can afford. Daniella made me feel so comfortable as i was getting my hair done she even done a style for me which topped it off and made me feel so beautiful. Thanks Daniella you are amazing.

I had the worst possible experience. My hair extensions (virgin weft $729) had to be taken out 4 days later by a reputable Gold Coast hair salon. I ended up with lumps and a very sore scalp. The weft hadn’t been put in correctly. I also believe the weft was not authentic. Be aware cause getting a refund was even more difficult. Daniella also charges an extra 10% for Afterpay, something I had never predict. My experience.

This review isn’t for services but hair bought and installed elsewhereIm having a really hard time with this hair, I’ve never experienced this level of matting and tangling, I can’t get a wide tooth comb through the hair when damn even when smothered in conditioner. I’ve been wearing extensions for years, I’ve tried coating the hair in silicone products to no avail. I’ll try the silicon mix product on their website but for $120/50g this shouldn’t be so puffy, matted and hard to manage :(
