Fresh Nails

The service is awful and I was scammed and overcharged. First of all, half way through doing my nails, she got up to go and get herself a coffee and left me sitting there for 20 minutes. There is no reason someone is desperate enough for a coffee that they couldn’t wait a little while longer for it. Secondly, I did my nails here 2 weeks before I did them today and I was charged $60. Today I did the EXACT same thing as I had done last time but I was charged $70. So I went back and asked why I was charged the extra $10 and she was coming up with all these excuses and none of them were valid. I’ve been here twice and both times the staff were awful and this time I was overcharged. I’m seriously never coming here again and I genuinely insist that anyone reading this shouldn’t go either. I’ve already told this to some friends and they were appalled. Disgusting.

It was quick and cheap, $30 for shellac manicure. I’ve paid a lot more at other places. That being said, it seemed really half done. There wasn’t any nail oil and she didn’t even ask me to wash my hands half way. I asked to retain length but she didn’t even shape them. The salon was a bit run down with cheaper equipment. I’d only recommend going here if I was trying to save money.

If you want a good experience rather than just your manicure or pedicure that’s not the place. Staff speak just their language, they are always very busy and you don’t get the attention you need. I decided not going there anymore.

Went here to get acrylics, the nails didn't look amazing but they were mediocre. The day after I started to notice they were chipping at the sides on two different fingers. Two days after getting them done, the top of one of the nails just comes off somehow, I didn't even notice it come off, I don't think it was glued on properly. Would not recommend.

The lovely ladies did a refill acrylic on my hands with a cut and nail polish change. It was lovely and I was asked every step of the way if I was happy with what they had done. I then ran off and bought shoes as I was having my party that night and bought open toes. Alas I had not changed my toe colour. I raced back to them and even though they had closed they accepted me and redid my toenails. Such lovely ladies and a great service. Thank you so much!

I really do not recommend going to this nail salon.I paid 75 dollars only for removing my hands gelish (in the most unprofessional way)And fixing only my right foot toeI told her that this is my first time fixing my nails in australia she probably defrund me

Worst mani pedi ever. Stuff was lazy, rude and argumentative. It was so bad that I right away had to go to another salon to get my nails done again.

I went there today for acrylics, and it was really great. I did have to wait a bit while one of the girls just sat there doing nothing - but I’m just guessing that’s not her expertise. The lady who did my nails was so patient and advised me on the shape best for my hands. She made sure the nails were done perfectly and all the nails were even. The colour is even and done so smoothly and perfectly. The best nail store I’ve been to in a while!

Went here a couple of weeks ago and the girl doing my pedicure was so inexperienced. She did all of the pedi steps in a very weird order, she continually stopped doing my nails to pick up her phone and text, sometimes for 2 minutes at a time. She had to take off the polish on my toes because her paint job was so bad. She also went over the colour with about 30 different coats. Luckily when I got my acrylics after I was with another lady but she then left midway through doing my nails to wax someone’s eyebrows and was gone for 10-15 minutes with 0 explanation. No ‘sorry I’ll be right back’ or anything. Will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.
