AWN were fantastic and easy to claim with I had a catastrophic engine failure which is costing me $6,000 to replace my engine AWN have approved my full cover limit and helped me to getting back on the road. My service history is all up to date and my mechanic works with AWN and have been very helpful in this stressful process and all within 2 hours! Very happy and relieved thank you!

Waste of money, bought a very large and expensive warranty, made a claim a couple of months later to have it turned down. As well I was called to first say my claim was approved to then be told half and hour later it's not and I was never called even though the call was in my phone history. Be very careful with these guys, dishonest and money hungry

WHAT A JOKE! Complete loss of my car after one year! I need to replace the engine which costs more than what I paid for the car $5.800 and they are claiming it didn’t have “cooling fluids” which it did I checked and got the car serviced when supposed to! DON’T TRUST THEM they will say anything to not cover when you need them, not reliable same as not having any warranty at all

Easy claims process, my mechanic is very happy with their service and conditions same day turnaround for most claims.

I purchased a 2nd hand car from a dealer less than 1.5 years ago. I was sold a lemon and the dealer couldn’t care less! AWN gave me the choice to get opinions from other mechanics and to go ahead with the option I was most happy with. In my case it was a $17k quote for engine replacement which would’ve cost me 50% of what I had paid for the car. Within 15 minutes of sending the quote, AWN called me to authorise the repairs and cover the $4k which my policy covered. They have been more caring throughout this ordeal than I would have expected!! Highly recommend!

My 2015 Holden Captiva car aircon was not working properly and needed new compressor. From logging my claims to fixing my car aircon in just 7 working days. My best insurance claim so far.Thank you.JS

One star is generous considering the absolute waste of money this company is. They advertise that they cover you from expensive repairs from mechanical breakdown, but will deny your claim because the breakdown was caused by a serviceable item failing. What do they actually cover then when EVERY SINGLE component of the powertrain a serviceable item?Don't give them your money, you won't ever see it again.

Update: They approved my first claim and then i had to require their business again and was pleasantly suprised my new gearbox was approved!! Easy to contact on 3 occasions. Very informative and clear to understand. They honored their policy and therefore deserve 5 stars. Thank you Awn.So far I havent had any problem with them (touch wood). Just yesterday i made my first claim as my car is experiencing transmission problems.They helped me organise my free tow and were pretty informative over the phone on what to do. They told me i can use any mechanic i choose. My mechanic said it would take more than luck to squeeze a dime out of them as hes delt with so many claims before and barely any of them are successful. I am hoping and praying as I paid over $2000 for this warranty. Will update review when all decisions are finalised

I'm always a bit worried when claiming insurance!! but have to say they are the most helpful warranty company I have dealt with. 5 stars guys for service and professionalism. My Mechanic was very sceptical when I asked him to make a claim and he is hard to please well done guys.

Rip off!! Been declined help for three separate things this year after forking out $10,000 to get the car fixed as AWN insurance refused. Definitely not worth the 1150 joining fee.I was with a different warranty company (NWC) for my old car and they were very helpful, helped where they could. If I had the choice I would of gone back with NWC. Half the price too.AWN is just there for money not for the customer.
