After trying to get support through another agency after getting the runaround after an open day at our sons school we were very impressed with what the reps from focal said but now 5 weeks later we are no closer to getting help than we were with the first agency very disappointed and to think we were so excited that we actually might get somewhere this time what a joke the whole system is.
