Went in to buy a quality hose with brass fittings, and a hose reel on a cart. I was all set to spend over $300. The cart I was looking at was on a higher shelf, pushed to the back where I could not reach it, additionally I have a heart condition and it would have been impossible for me to safely reach this item without assistance. I looked in the nearby aisles and saw no staff, so I asked a cashier to send a staff member to assist me, in the aisle where the hoses and reels are. After waiting for at least 10 minutes, nobody had showed up, so I left the store without making a purchase. I rang the store some 20 minutes later to inform them of my poor experience with customer service, and spoke with a woman by the name of Jenny, who was rudely speaking over me trying to make excuses, who then told me to f^^k off.

I have to tell you that I have never met such fantastic human relations man, Hughsie goes out of his way to make sure you are ok with trolley , best sense of humour I have come across in years. He actually loves his job. I felt so privileged to have Hughsie serve me on register., Not seen these days. Merle Hicks

Bunnings Morwell is the best place to shop, Today I was lucky enough to go to one of there DIY ladies day workshops, I painted a beautiful box and had a celebrity chef come in tobie puttock and show us a cooking demonstration on the BBQ, the food and service from the bunnings team was amazing, the food & platters were so yummy and has inspired me to bye some more herbs, plants and get into my gardening. The friendly knowledged staff are able to answer any of your questions and are always there to help, plenty of isle space as you walk around and find everything that you need, the range of products, the list goes on, DIY hand outs and Tv with demonstrations, where you can sif down and learn anything to put what you need together. They also regualy have sausage sizzles and support charities. THANK YOU BUNNINGS MORWELL AND YOUR AMAZING TEAM OF STAFF
