I got referred from a friend for Sam from Connectcom to do my works after I moved, I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies and didn't want this to happen again. Sam was very responsive, I booked my appointment, arranged for a time that suited me, and confirmed twice with me before coming, he answered the phone everytime I needed to ask him a question before my appointment except for 1 time where I left a message and he called me 10mins later. Sam is very polite, professional and he definitely showed his years of experience, he left everything tidy and in place (my job was huge). I also referred him to a colleague of mine to a massive job in Pymble which he went above and beyond and finished before time. Massive thumbs up

I would really like to express my gratitude to Connectcom Sydney. We were having problems with internet access to our granny flat and I made a dire call to Connectcom Sydney on Monday morning. Sam came out within 30 minutes and solved the issue which Optus failed to do. Sam also gave us invaluable information and recommendations and even set up our tenant's internet (forgot the technical terms lol). Don't normally leave reviews but Sam was an absolute lifesaver after our builders stuffed up our NBN cord. No issue was too hard for Sam. We are living in the middle of a construction site, we are out the back in the granny flat and needed to get our internet back up and running after the builders stuffed it. Sam was so knowledgeable. I didn't expect to be back and running so soon. Thank you Sam! I will keep your number for the future!

Prompt, polite and fairly priced service. I am pretty good with technology but Sam fixed a problem in 1 hour that had plagued our business for many years! Should have called ConnectCom a long time ago.

Sam assisted me after my self install of Telstra NBN. He wired my modem to an existing booster, and connected it to another new booster elsewhere in our home. Nothing was a problem, the installation only took a few hours and best of all, our signal strength was significantly increased. He is friendly, professional, uses quality materials and components and is very cost effective. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Sam did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. He corrected several faults and weak connections to reinstate our internet and tv/ streaming and ensured everything was running smoothly.
