Karen was absolutely amazing, I was unwell and extreamly anxious, she handled me soo well and made me feel so comfortable- I also have tricky veins to find and she handled it all soo professionally- I wouldn’t go anywhere else in future

Disgusting customer service. My sister is pregnant and came here for a blood test which she rang about prior to coming. Staff were extremely rude and refused to do the service even though the lady there told her to come in for it prior on the phone. Absolutely disgusting, my sister left crying. Will not be back again.

This pathology is truly the best experience I have had when getting my blood taken. Karen took care of me and made sure I was safe and ok. She is understanding, caring, respectful and trustworthy and she took my blood with absolutely minimal pain and discomfort.Thank you Karen! I will be back in the future hopefully.
