They were amazing when one of my products was faulty. Sent me a replacement the minute they were back in stock. Their staff are really nice and helpful and their products always arrive quickly. All round great company with great service ❤️

Recently JEC had a dive in customer service. No communication on delayed shipping either. Website info is not correct or updated when it comes to freight costs or what offers are on. I followed up with them twice by email and still waiting five days later on a response. So many other competitors that are now offering same pricing and better communication and shipping.

I ordered four products from Medik 8 due to the great reviews I had read the brand definitely lived up to the hype. It was my first order from John Essa, my parcel arrived promptly and I received some very thoughtful samples.I will definitely order again, a great experience.

Extremely poor customer service. I placed an order on a Saturday, with their shipping policy stating products are shipped within 2-3 business days, and up to 5 business days for busy periods. My parcel wasn't shipped until OVER 5 business days, and that's after I emailed them- to which I've had zero response. Skincare is not cheap, so to have my order not processed, no communication or anything for over a week was just in poor taste. I FINALLY received my parcel today after 2 weeks and I've still not had a reply email. Won't be shopping here again in a hurry.

Purchased my products 3 weeks ago and they haven’t even been posted yet. What business does this? This isn’t great service by any standard. Let’s hope the product actually turns up! Not happy.

I made a purchase late at night and reached out as I'd forgotten to add something to my cart before I checked out. Not only did they reply straight away to their online chat, but they were able to add an item to my order, which meant I didn't need to pay additional postage. Such great service and will definitely buy from here again.
