Absolutely the worst company ive ever had to deal with, waited 2 days for them to show up, n the third after going into there shed they finally came out, left a massive mess, cut my digital ariel then a couple of days later the new windscreen cracked from underneath the plastic surround, got a competent company to come and replace it again to find they had scratched the paint back to the metal, not sealed the windscreen properly and installed it basically completely incorrectly.

New windscreen cracked on install come another day and will redo - ok not everything goes to planWhen I went to pick up car rear view mirror not installed. Cant find mirror. Swearing, they smash another windscreen inside looking for it. Eventually find it in the bin but its broken. Its my lunch break so I go get some lunch while they run to shop to buy a new mirror. No call to say its done. I come back 20mins later, they're gone, sheds locked up. My cars left unlocked in the carpark.

Such an unprofessional work has been done on my car. Broken clips of drip roof moulding and tried to fixed with silicone, which came off later itself and increased the gap between moulding and windscreen by cutting it.Very disappointed

Would not recommend this business to anyone. Failed to show up twice to appointments they had made. Made pathetic excuses for not being there. All round very unprofessional and substandard service.

Called to order a windscreen. They never answered the phone, left a message. They never rang back. Perhaps they were busy. Ordered a windscreen from Windscreens O'Brien's instead.

Posting on behalf of a loved one.After having the windscreen fixed once - it wasn’t installed properly and about an inch of rain came through the windscreen. After having the windscreen then fixed again - the carpets are still saturated, bits of rubber and parts left in the car, some sort of rubber plastered around the rear view mirror and it was left unplugged. Completely unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Would’ve been nice to of been offered some sort of service free of charge to remove the water in the floor carpets in the car due to the fault of novus installing the windscreen incorrectly.
