Venus Nails Jordan Springs

It's an utter waste of money $80 down the drain for a Mani & pedi never did any scrub hardly prep the feet and the mani they did not push cuticle back trim the dead skin nothing horrible .. first of all they are so hard of understanding what the customer needs . They just charge one as they feel with no basis and clear charges for the service. Humbug. It doesn't even last a week, we can do a better job at home by ourselves. Just rubbish service. A Big No No.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. This is the absolute WORST nail salon I have ever been to. Being local I’ve given it multiple chances, however unfortunately I don’t think they are well trained or take pride in their work as the quality is super poor and if you want to go in first thing - forget about it. They are never on time opening the salon.They leave debris under shellac or SNS so it’s never a clean polish - only fix it if you mention it and pretend like they can’t see it.Today was the last straw, I said I wanted to keep my oval shape and they made it square which means we had to shorten it further to fix it. I then selected a pink colour but was given a red/crimson colour that was completely different to the chart and when I notified that it wasn’t correct - they laughed and continued to charge me, ignoring my requests to change it to what I wanted.Such a waste of money.

Bad customer service I experienced racism and discrimination. When I arrived I was told to sit down no one mentioned how long the wait will be. I waited for an hour and 2 other women who came after me were attended to before me. It’s like no one wanted to attend to the black woman. After waiting for over an hour I ended up leaving. Never going back there

Waste of money. The young girl who did my nails was awful, the acrylic application was a dogs breakfast with bumps and lumps. Only until i mentioned them she “fixed” them. And by fixed i mean made slightly less worse. Nails werent square, acrylic isnt even touching my cuticles and looks like theyre a week old already. To top it off they asked me to tap my card twice and when i asked for a receipt to show the first tap declined, they couldnt show me because they had no idea how to LOL (Was someone elses card, cant see if it didnt go through myself) Horrible horrible experience, I walked out wishing I never walked in!

Had our yearly Christmas nails done. Great work from the staff.

The lady did not even clean the nails properly and worker was obviously rushing. Very poor service. Worst nail salon I've been. I do not recommend this place.

Horrible work!!! I had my manicure shellac done on Thursday and by Monday it all pilled off on its own. Not even a week!It’s happened before as well and I thought it was once off, but now again!Some of These ladies don’t pay attention to what their doing. Waste of money, go somewhere else!!

Pretty laughable, left with my nails different lengths and messy nailpolish all over my skin. She also over cut my cuticles to the point where my skin is pink. Not coming back

I had great experience here. They fixed the shape of my nails that was done somewhere else with no cost. I have been returning for my pedicure. Wanting to support local businesses and they have been great! The salon is very clean, open and spacious.

No one tried to speak to me when I first walked in and through the whole course of my nails being fixed. She cut me several times by just being careless. My nail was crooked ontop of it all. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
