On Sunday our daughter bought a small eyelash kit. The bag it came in was very cute but when she showed it to us she realised that the bag was faulty... after 20 min of purchase they would not replace it for her tellin us that it would have not left the shop broken... my daughter cried :(

Went in to the store today.Two younger girls on shift both stood at the registers on their phones didn’t even turn to see I had walked in.They honestly couldn’t of cared less who was in the store.Won’t be back.

Walked in, I was the only customer in the store, the girls who work in that store just stood there and gossiped with each other. After about 5 minutes of being ignored, and trying to get their attention I walked out and took my business elsewhere.

Been in this store maybe 4 times never been asked once if I need a hand, in fact I don't think they even release I'm in the store because their usually to busy on their phone.Keep up the good work

Came in to buy cough meds for my husband and got no help or no guidance at all from staff, just gossiping with each other, having a grand old time. Was told there's a pharmacy down the other end of the mall as she was incapable of offering any advice at all. So helpful. Thanks Priceline. You made my day.

Came in today. Three young girls chatting behind the counter. Felt like I was interrupting their gossiping just wanting to pay for my things. The biggest NO NO in retail, seriously.
