Went in this morning,Had a list and on my way throughout the store.An employee saw me and asked if I needed help. I actually realised I had a question. So I took the opportunity and asked her where to find something I saw on the internet.She was immensely helpful, took me to a section of the store I didn’t even realise was there, and found it for me.She was very helpful, and we had a quick chat.She worked in the household and storage section.Hugely impressed by her customer service. I hope if I need any help in the future at this store, my local, she will be there.

I have purchased from Bunnings West Footscray for over 10 years now as a trade account holder. I have always been greeted upon arrival and anytime I’ve needed help there has always been a staff member who’s willing to help. Today I met Rosie and although I only needed a dust pan and brush, Rosie upsold me some great storage boxes. She was professional and definitely has great knowledge about the products on hand. She helped carry my purchase to the car and made me feel comfortable through out the whole exchange. Thank you

Only two stood out from the rest. The lady with pig tails and the fella that left his Jill up the path. Nice friendly pair.Eye lash girl could use some mentoring and will develop better people skills and give her confidence.

A great Bunnings which is quieter than most (however, the range isn't as big as others, but I always look online first to see if it's stocked there). Today I received excellent customer service from Mason at the returns desk. Very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We prefer West Footscray Bunnings over Maribynong.

Massive carpark, probably the biggest in Melbourne. Great Bunnings with friendly staff and always well stocked throughout the store. The garden area has a lot more variety than any other Bunnings too.

My husband and I were looking for something in storage on Thursday. We spoke to a young woman who was so interested in listening to what l was trying to explain that l wanted. I remember her name was Rosie, because she was so kind, polite and helpful towards me It’s very rare these days, with everyone in such a rush, to find someone like her when you are trying to get someone to help you when shopping for something. I only wish there were more people like her around these days

This is an amazing Bunnings outlet. It's massive in size and carries a very impressive range of products when compared to other Bunnings outlets. The basement car park is also massive and the ability to drive directly from the car park through to the timber yard to pickup material as we did is very convenient. We also had great service from a very efficient and friendly staff.

Terrible customer service, talked to a young male (Mason) to return a plant. Was declined with reason that the plant is dry. For context, I bought dozens of plants from Bunnings and hardly had any issue with them but for some reason this one did not want to stay alive no matter what I did. Bunnings has perfect plan guarantee and I had plant, pot and receipt to get a refund. I don't think it is up to staff's discretion to not provide refund when all criterias are met. Either he was showing off his 'power' to another co-worker there or just simply a TA.

I like this store!Under-cover parking(AC store is on top)60 aisles of goodies.Nursery, WC, Cafe, Play area: RHS.Timber area at the rear.Young but very helpful staff when I add there!

Good place to shop around for everyday things for maintaining your house and garden and lots more. The place is clean and well organised . Lot of covered parking available on site.Only problem there is only one checkout register and self check out is closed .
