Metropolitan Air Conditioning did a fantastic job repairing my air conditioning system. The technician, Alex, was polite and he was able to fix the problem quickly. I appreciate the level of service I received, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

metro air were incredibly flexible when it came to scheduling the service, taking into account my demanding schedule. Their ability to adjust and provide service when it was most convenient for me was truly commendable.

Asked for same day service for cleaning of 2 split system air-conditioning units (still working!). $150 call out fee which I was happy to pay (doesn't come out of the total cost). When they arrived... I was quoted $1200 per unit for a clean... I asked if the guy was joking and he said you can call another company and they will charge 200 for the same thing". "People normally call us if the aircon unit is broken". After this interaction you know where I told him to go. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY"
