I was deterred by these bad reviews so got another locksmith with glowing five star reviews to quote for a new door lock. Seemed expensive so thought I'd shop around & give these guys another chance - after all they've bee n going as long as I can remember - 20 or 30 years.Two pleasant young fellows turned up on time, quoted and completed the job of a new door lock , all with a minimum of fuss - and at a much better price. Scarey to think how anyone can say /& believe anything in these reviews!

Edited from my original Review from a few years ago.I was pleasantly surprised this time and couldn’t fault the service. The young fella that serves me was excellent to deal with, his name is Curtis, give him a pay rise.

Terrible customer service.You mention that could not help because you are not a Whitco dealer, BUT you sold me $659 of Whitco sliding door locks which were useless to me without the extra length screws!!!Additionally the Whitco distributor lists you as a local dealer.In the end I was assisted by Mitre 10 who went out of their way to order me a 100 pack of the screws I needed.
