Absolutely amazing to deal with. My wife sent me an Armani watch which she ordered whilst overseas with no issue. I then purchased a set of earrings which were ready for pick up very quickly and as soon as I informed them about an issue they sent me a new pair of earrings straight away. I am going to be doing a lot more shopping from here that's for sure ! Highly recommend these guys to everyone.Thank you !

Ice jewellery best customer service ever received !!! I bought a MK watch last year for my mums 60th birthday and was able to pick up from chats wood greeted by ken at the door and another lovely lady whom I spoke to over the phone was able to track down the item for me and was assured that they will leave it on hold for me to pick up on arrival. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone like my self that had a last minute melt down on finding the right sentimental gift for my mum and she loved it thank god !
