Went through drive through and got home only to find the chicken and cheese patty was what appears to be raw. Quite dangerous if you ask me being chicken. Isn't HACCP conducted at McDonald's? Tried calling to let them know and noone answered.

Poor afternoon shift management. Staff just joking around and chatting each other. Ignored orders. Hand food to customer with attitude. Poor trained staff. Manager Joking with staff as well and ignore customers at the counter.Amazing McDonald's.

This is the second time you guys have done this with my order!I placed one order and you sending me someone else’s order and the worst customer service I have seen anywhere around Sydney is Hurstville south. They do the mistakes and feel proud of it. Disgusting night staff. I hope the management see my review take immediate actions. Thank you.

Nuggets were good temperature to eat straight away, and they got my caramel flat white perfect --- happy times!Downside - the drive-through line blocked off access getting into the car park

I think is without doubt the worse McDonald ever, for 5 consecutive orders they did many mistakes on each order. Food overcooked, no care about notes and missing items is a must here!

The quality just isn't there a lot of the time - particularly with drive thru. If you ever go into eat though the daytime manager is always really nice and helpful. Not sure if he still works there but he was a larger gentleman.

Drive thru wait time was long. Nice big kids play area & parking is a plus.Big Mac didn't taste fresh & wasn't warm, though the fries were crispy! Milkshake was sloppy too...Not a regular but this store needs to up it's game when compared to my local Maccas!

I paid 7$ for this in drive through I think staff were pranking just 15 min ago I bought 6 nougats it is like a prank there was Mayo inside no nougats

Only been to this Maccas 4 times and generally it was okayish but yesterday, I customised my double quarter pounder to remove 1 patty but there was none at all and I had to use my nuggets as the meat for the burger instead.The food was also only lukewarm after 5 minutes after ordering via drive thru on a sunny day.Please advise the staff to check the order carefully for customisations next time.
