Such a good customer experience from the gents at jaycar. Manager Jason was super helpful, explaining if the product didn't work then what condition it needed to be in for a refund within 7 days. When i returned several hours later to buy more of the item he was on point, remembered me and my purchase. Well done!

Very good experience, so friendly, skillful and professional staffs. Previously I have tried so hard to find a DC lead for my digital clock for many shops, but all came with negative results. Fortunately a friend took me to Jaycar Penrith, a staff with beard is so patiently and accurately installed a cable for me which saves me a lot of money to get another clock. So good attitude. I am so appreciated for it. Thanks so much.

Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable, decent range of electronics components in stock.They got rid of the strobe lights!Took a while but they did it. So much better in there now. Thanks so much. Love how whenever I'm there somebody always comes in clutching a broken something and the staff always jump in to help them. Great people.
