Do not buy their skin products according to their suggestions ! They have no idea what they are doing! I’ve told the therapist that I have sensitive skin and she recommended me to buy the retinol 3TR and C-TETRA, and I got terrible skin allergy! I And they REFUSED TO REFUND! They said the “head office “ will contact me soon, but after one week, still not receiving any phone call from them! Worse service ever!

I had my lip filler done by Nurse Ash and she was amazing! Super happy with the results. Can’t wait to go back again!

I arrived 30 mins early for my first appointment with Results Laser Clinic (3.30pm). I had prepaid a treatment 1 week prior. I was asked to wait and be seated. After one hour of sitting and waiting (4.30pm). I rung the front desk bell. I did this every 5 mins here on after. I then realised the staff could not hear me in the treatment rooms.At 5pm a staff member finally came out and looked shocked to see me still waiting out the front. She assumed the other therapist who was qualified to do my treatment had taken me in. This meant she had spent two hours on her client and was still going... I was told they would be in contact to reschedule and do not offer refunds. No contact made.I am still in disbelief that clients are treated like this.

If I could give “O” I would.No one at the front to help. I thought they could be better now they moved to near Kmart but same poor service as before.Sucked into a sale again and can’t give a decent service.No after hours appointments.I’m going back downstairs in future to get service and an after hours appointment.This time I’ll never return.

Worse customer service in Australia and they made you pay for their worse service which caused skin injury and scratches very badly. They have this illegal No Refund Policy which go against Australia Customer Law. Some of staff are incompetent and won't take ownership of her mistake (George) and she will blame it on you. They don't care about customer. I used to love this place but they ha e become so bad and very disappointed. Head office is even worst, they wouldn't reply to your email because they worry that you will use it against them as evidence. My issue Savehas been dragging on for three months and yet no outcome. Save your money and skin and go elsewhere.Head office doesn't want to resolve the issue and they are avoiding calls as well.

I was really disappointed with the service here.I was booked in for laser hair removal; a full leg and Brazilian at 8.25pm on a Thursday night, the last appointment of the day. I arrived at 8.35pm (10 minutes late I concede) and was told I couldn’t have the full leg because of “stock take” (no mention of my lateness being the reason). I accepted my lateness would impact on the service, but did ask that she include the back of my upper legs however by 8.44pm my whole appointment was over! I then asked the clinician if she would mind at least doing my navel area quickly, she agreed and I was still at the counter paying before 8.50pm!When I questioned how speedily the consultant had rushed through my treatment she answered that she was simply “very quick” at doing it. At which point I have to ask, why, if that is the case, she couldn’t have indeed done my full leg (or at least a half leg) since the opening hours are until 9pm and she’s so very efficient. Or why she could not have at least taken the time to mark out the area with a highlighter properly as every other operator has done in my experience at laser clinics, to ensure she hadn’t missed spots. Maybe with the extra time she could’ve not rushed through it without even changing the laser head between areas (from leg to Brazilian) effectively performing laser to a Brazilian area exclusively but no bikini line area at all.I’ve never been so rushed through a laser hair removal treatment, they have all taken more time and the clinician’s more care and attention to detail.I was so disappointed as I’d come a really long way to have the appointment and it was clear the clinician just wanted to get out of there early; it was so so unprofessional. Finally, I was charged $87.50 for a careless Brazilian, snail trail and a patch at the backs of my legs when a Half Legs + Brazillian + Underarms is currently advertised for $75. I left there really annoyed.

I am not impressed with the service. I pre paid for a treatment as they said they are on 50% off. It expired and I was not able to book an appointment as I went oversees. They could not give you an extension. It happened to me twice that I pre paid hoping to get a discount (50%) but could not give your money back if you can not book within their time frame. (I was very busy that’s why I was unable to book an appointment). I was just wasting my time and money for nothing. I went out very frustrated and unsatisfied. I do not recommend this service. Not impressed at all.

0 Stars, DO NOT come to this clinic. I have been previously burnt on my stomach, and upon coming back into clinic I was told it was a normal reaction, despite having ring marks and extremely red skin, scabs and scars that lasted months. Now working at a highly rated laser clinic, I know now this is the worst case scenario. Coming back into clinic a year later as I have pre paid Full Body treatments, all I wanted to know is how much credit I have on my file. I have been back and forth with their Head office" who say that they will call back to sort out my situation

Would not recommend this place! They tempt you to buy prepaid packages then when you show up tell you that it’s expired and you have to pay for your appointment. No one emailed me or warned me of the expiration period. In fact when I bought it, the girls booked me in at a time when it would have already be expired! And the managers and head office don’t pick up when there’s a problem. Incredible. Would not recommend this place at all!

I had booked my upcoming appointment at their store and purchased pre-paid treatment for my skin. Day before treatment, they told me, person got sick, which is understandable and then she mixed my laser appointment with skin treatment. In return, she was saying, she is not sure when I will get my skin treatment till next month. Do they think I am free all time to check online to reschedule appointment? They waste your time, money and in return, they give you worst services, which includes lack of cooperation and poor communication Please don’t waste your money and time to visit kotara west store.
