I have been working with Phill and Lachlan for 3 years now for both personal and business accounting and business advice. Wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Heard great things and interacted with Lachlan Stephenson. Barely responded to my emails and always gave me respondes on how hard and difficult things would be. Everything was in the too hard hard basket. Calling the main reception line was like speaking to a lifeless computer. Very rude she was. If you call for the first time. Enjoy the silence. Nor does she actually listen to you. Avoid this company at all costs, if you value customer service (and results).
