Telstra Renmark

Rude staff, no product knowledge other than what they have been told to say from promotional materials. Very expensive! And no technical support compared to other Telstra shops like the great staff at the Mildura store which is 140 kms away and still better to travel that far just for the service. This store should be shut down! Or all current staff sacked. Namely the manager as she is on some kind of power trip!

Chelsea was able to fix a problem that I had in 10mins, others in services couldn't fix in a month.

Very helpful staff. Thyler took his time to diagnose the issue with my new phone and promptly fixed it. Definitely one of the better Telstra stores.

I normally shop local and hardly do google reviews, however, Telstra has failed to educate staff at Renmark or put policies in place to protect consumers (consumer law).Telstra Store Renmark failed to provide a like for like exchange or refund on our brand new apple watch even though they verified it's faulty. Manager tried clicking her own apple band and it worked. They also knew it was brand new out of a box.Consumers have basic rights according consumer law and businesses cannot shift responsibility of the fault. In my case, they wanted to get it verified by apple before replacing it. Complete waste of time and taking away my right as a consumer. Ideal scenario would be a like for like exchange or refund.I would understand if they didn't see the fault, however, clearly faulty band on our new watch we bought for a specific reason.What I don't get is that they know it'll be replaced anyway, so why not provide decent customer service.

Walked in the store on the afternoon of Black Friday and saw 2 staff serving , one sitting down looking at a screen by herself, and one came and asked me what i wanted. I then asked her just to look up to see how much more i had to pay off my phone to see if its worth wile upgrading to the newer version, and her rude response was, Sorry i cant do that as we are busy and have appointments" . I said fair enough

Actually would be more appropriate to leave a no star review for this staff member of Telstra Renmark. Staff member today was beyond rude and totally should not be allowed near customers. Will be avoiding the store if she is working.

Staff behaviour is very rude. Staff is free and I am trying to call in front of staff but they are not picking my call. Only 1 or 2 customer in the store and they say we are very busy. They never communicate with the customers, always say we booked everything today, come tommorrow. They are making fool to the customers. Shitt staff service.
