We experienced fabulous service. Everything was explained so we clearly understood our options and the work was done very quickly. Upon getting our computer home it preformed as expected. Honestly if I could rate Estorm more highly I would, the staff were open, friendly and extremely helpful. It is not often in life where service far exceeds expectations. I came to Jason with a problem I had struggled with for two days, with the firm expectation that I would be losing my precious Ipad Pro for two weeks or more. Jason was able to fix my problem within the hour at a very pleasant cost.

I recently had considerable dramas with my Mac Mini. The Toowoomba eStorm staff were friendly, courteous, effective and, for me, above all - empathetic. Jason & Pam are a credit to eStorm and helped me - a person with mental issues - more than they could know. If you are in Toowoomba or surrounds & have problems with your Apple device, don't waste your time going anywhere else - this is THE place to go for help.

Fantastic service, was referred by Apple after MacBook developed a dark screen and wouldn’t turn off. I was informed of possibility to pay for diagnostic fee and expect to leave it for a fee days. I found the gentlemen friendly and accommodating. The service was prompt, fair subsequent charges. My MacBook had storage issues, I got a new laptop and they helped transferring my data. I will certainly be going back to them in future and I strongly recommend these professionals to anyone having issues with their devices.

Had to get my airpod pro's looked at due to an issue with sound wasn't sure if they were eligible under a issue apple has noted but went in anyway, no fuss, friendly service and they went above and beyond to get a replacement for me out of warranty even though my airpods were manufactured after the known issue date. Thanks for the awesome, local service!
